WHY SHOULD YOU ALWAYS DO YOUR BEST

There could be so many reasons as to why one should always do their very best but the following reasons stood out for me.

1. To assist you in your career

Do it because you want to climb the ladder at your work place.

2. To inspire those around you

There are people around you that look up to you for motivation and inspiration. You do not know who you are inspiring so please keep doing your very best.

3. Because you work for a noble cause

You could be the only bread winner in your family or because you are saving up to send someone to school/university. You could be doing your best because you are mentoring the novice.

4. So that you stand out from the mediocrity around you

Remember when we talked about LIVE & STAY ABOVE THE LINE. Doing your best enables you to be have a sense of OWNERSHIP, RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY. 

5. To be a great role-model for your kids

Walk the talk. Practice what you preach. Kids whose parents practice what they preach are always respected by their kids.

6. To develop your skills for the future

Prepare for the future as the world is changing rapidly. What you learn today will put you in the better position tomorrow.

Do you best so that words/phrase such as 

EXCELLENT, EXTRAORDINARY, AWESOME, FANTASTIC, ABOVE THE LINE, VERY GOOD, HARD WORKING, SUPERB, OUTSTANDING, MAGNIFICENT, EXCEPTIONAL, MARVELOUS, SUBLIME, EMINENT, MATCHLESS, PEERLESS, SUPREME, FIRST-CLASS, SPLENDID, WORTHY, STERLING, ADMIRABLE

will be synonymous with your name and your personality.
