ENDURANCE IS THE PROCESS, THE JOURNEY

When I first wrote the article about ENDURANCE, I did not know that it will mean so much to someone, just to get a call the next day that the reader wants to know more about the word ENDURANCE. He was more interested in the part the part that says "ONLY BY ENDURANCE CAN WE SUCCEED" a motto that Sir Ernest Shackleton used as his family model to motivate and encourage those around him. It was this model that Shackleton used to lead a group of people to Antarctica, he even named the ship ENDURANCE, he motivated his team to stay positive during the darkest hours of the journey, and because he endured similar  journeys, his leadership was so well tailored to help every men on board to stay positive and to look forward to get back home.

It was this story that motivated one my readers to start his own ENDURANCE journey.
