I recently introduced a new element to my teachings. Most of the time when I am teaching especially mathematics and science I give my students time to think, instead of asking them directly to get the answer I tell them to think about the question. I tell them to consider every sphere and every knowledge they know about that specific question. Although they struggle at  times I feel like they need to think about the question only then they can generate appropriate or sound answers. I am glad that I teach subjects that requires critical thinking, a thinking that considers almost all the aspects because in mathematics if one sphere is not considered or taken into account the answer will not be complete.

I believe that every problem or question that exist in this world is a product of human thinking and so the solution can only come forth if there are new thinking patterns. One author once said, "we cannot solve the problem with the same thinking that created the problem", this means for us to get sound or lasting solution our thinking has to be DIFFERENT, SUBLIME and SYSTEMATIC(as per 21st century).
