ONE STEP CAN START THE PROCESS

Two weeks ago before we talked about ENDURANCE, we had a talk on WILLINGNESS. We said willingness  can open all doors, it can create doors, unlock rusty doors, open gates to prosperity. We said willingness is special key, in fact willingness  is the first step we all need to take so we can start the process, the step we need to get on journeys that will enrich our minds, the journey that will help us reach our full potential. Let us take that single step and march forward.

Here is my story about willingness

Few years back I have been asking my supervisor to teach me a certain skill that is very important to our institution. However my supervisor could not tell me that they do not know the skill. I kept asking them for two to three years but they could not train me. The desire kept burning inside me and I decided to think of plan B. I then realized that the person I asking has no clue of the skill, luckily someone from our workplace came through to me, they told that one day they will show me how to perform the skill. Unfortunately the second person had to leave our workplace and they never had time to show me. I did not stop to seek for answers, I even went on internet to get the basics of the skill. I was really willing to learn the special skill because that skill allows any institution to run smoothly with few hiccups.

Just several weeks ago I was approached by our new supervisor to help out on a task that requires the skill that I couldn't get training on. I decided to give it a try and I managed to get crack the skill. Although I got help here and there, I am really grateful that I took that step of being WILLING. Willingness opened this opportunity for me. Just yesterday when I needed to work on that specific task I found myself making good progress, I didn't need to consult anyone on the task anymore because I have learned so much during this whole process. My journey (the process) started with willingness. Willingness is special key for every dreamer out there, it is the most crucial step of the journey.
