LET'S GO, I AM BECAUSE YOU ARE, YOU ARE BECAUSE I AM.

From the greatest explorers, to greatest team managers of all time. From war generals, to successful presidents or leaders there has been one thing common with all of them: they took others with on their journeys because they believed that if one wants to make it far one has to get the best team there is. One has to invite others on their journey, one has to convince the team members and make them understand how they will benefit from the journey (the process).

We live in a world were most people admire independence;

Everyone wants to do their own thing

Call their own shots

Be their own bosses

Do what they wanna do

Go where they wanna go

This can work if you have a small and unimportant dream or small purpose to fulfill, but if you have a bigger dream or you live purposeful life you will realize that independence should be INTER-DEPENDENCE, we need others on our journeys. We need to work together because in a team, TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVES MORE.
