If there is no opportunity, that is a problem, creativity is problem solver, innovation is the greatest problem solver as well. When there is a problem, we should not curl and shy away from the problem, instead let us source for ideas, let us assemble the best teams to create our own opportunities...YES WE CAN. If there are no lemons, we do not go around asking for lemon juice, we set off to plant lemon trees....Let us learn how to create lasting solutions, let us learn how to turn problems into business opportunities and also into wealth creations. Instead of going around looking for work or promotions, create your own work and eventually you will promote yourself one day...

This talk will try to answer this question: WHY WAIT FOR OPPORTUNITY?

CREATE OPPORTUNITIES BY YOURSELF. HERE'S HOW:

Know your limits. – You can’t be perfect. You need a team to help you challenge your limits. One my mentors likes saying "IF YOU HAVE A DREAM, YOU NEED A TEAM".

Open your eyes. – There is a lot more happening in the world than you see. There are plenty of opportunities around you, there are people with potential around you, you just need to watch and observe so you get the best and rightful team members.

Meet new people. – I always admired Tony Robbins, Vincent Norman Peale, Ray Keller and RD Saunders for their positive motivational vibes, I recently met a lady in my town who does the exact thing. I am really grateful for her posts and motivational speeches. Her tweeter ID is @iyaloo_2

Don’t be afraid to ask. – If you do not ask or try, you will never know.

Don’t be afraid to try a different approach. – Do not be scared to be the Pirate among the multitudes of navy officers. Be open to new ideas, new paths, create new journeys. I always tell myself: EUGENE, DO NOT BE AFRAID TO GO TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH, TAKE THE FIRST STEP THE REST WILL BE FALL IN PLACES AS YOU GO.

Travel. – You should visit different places at least one time a year. This way you will surely as well meet new people and also might be presented with an opportunity that simply doesn’t exist at your hometown. A friend of mine went for a vacation at Rome, but he never came back. He found a job there and he liked it so much that he decided to stay in Rome. When you travel, you learn as well.

Build self confidence. – Read the journey of Sir Ernest Shackleton to South Pole (Antarctica).

Keep learning. – Learning is a process that never ends. Learn as you challenge your limits,as you meet new people, as you TRAVEL.

Read, Read and Read. - Read everything you see written.
