You need to be:

1. Offensive (a go-getter), in the football language an offensive player has the ability to take the ball from the opponent and score/create goals.

2. Adaptive (keep learning), life is very dynamic, what is important today will not be important tomorrow.

3. Productive & Constructive (create your own opportunities), do not blame anyone if you do not achieve what you want.
