Here's how

1. SET POWERFUL GOALS

When I started this motivational talks/blog my mentor told me to write down 100 dreams: 20 things I want to see, 20 things I want to give away(do for others), 20 things I want to achieve, 20 places I want to visit and 20 things I want have. These goals gave me more momentum, every time I feel like I do not want to try, I remind myself of the HUNDRED goals I have set.

2. GET AND STAY MOTIVATED

My blog keeps me motivated. I decided to use more words like CREATE, TRY AGAIN, YES I CAN, ACTION, BEST, BREAK BARRIERS, CHANGE, COURAGE, CULTIVATE, DETERMINATION, ENDURANCE, FAITH, FORWARD, FUTURE, GIVING, HOPE, I AFFIRM, INVENT, KEEP AN OPEN MIND, KNOWLEDGE, LEARN, MAKE, MOTIVATION, NEW PERSPECTIVE, NOW, OPPORTUNITY, PLAN, POSSIBILITIES, POTENTIAL, PREPARE, PROACTIVE, PROBLEM SOLVING, PROCESS, PURPOSEFUL LIVING, REBOOT, RENEW, REVIVE, REFLECTION, RESOURCEFUL, RESPONSIBLE, SHINE, SKILLS, STRATEGIC, SUCCESS, THINK, TRANSFORMATION, TRY, TRAVEL, VISUALIZE, WILLINGNESS

3. GET INSPIRED

You need people in your life that are further along than you, people with bigger vision, that are more successful. In one sense people that are out of your league. You need to be exposed to new levels. In other words, YOU NEED A MENTOR to guide you, to inspire you, to introduce you to new levels.

4. LEARN & HONE GOOD HABITS

Habits like being on time, being resourceful, giving your very best every task given to you, trustworthy, dependable, honest, hard working....

5. COMMIT TO IMPROVING YOURSELF

Improve the way you do/say things. Do not look for perfection, instead improve your image, name, deeds step by step. Learn new habits or skills. Teach yourself how to cook/bake/paint/type/read fast and fluently/speak articulate/drive/ride a bike/swim/dance/sing. You will be amazed about yourself if you commit to improve yourself. Learn how to think systematically/think outside the box.

6. SUMMON THE STRENGTH

HOPE & FAITH should be your strongest suits too because life will throw to you all kinds of bricks, you need strength mentally, spiritually, emotionally and even physically. Just find a way to get more strength so you survive for another day.

7. ACT BRAVE

Start in your mind, tell yourself that you can achieve or you can do any task before you. When you mind is ready your physical being will follow accordingly. My mentor once said, if you are approached to do something that you have no idea about, do not be afraid or say no, TAKE THE TASK AND FIGURE OUT THE WAY TO DO IT.

8. START OVER IF YOU NEED TO

TRY AGAIN, AND AGAIN, AND AGAIN.
